We are looking for an Affiliate Manager
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, with a proven track record of partner scaling
- Exception: candidates with a large existing partner portfolio that is relevant to the company
- Deep understanding of key metrics: FD / RD / R2D / LTV / Churn
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools, including Tableau, affiliate platforms, and experience with predictive models (optional)
- Experience independently representing an affiliate program at industry conferences; understanding of regulatory requirements across key GEOs
- Personal success cases where the candidate played a key role in achieving the results
- Existing personal partner network across Tier 2–3 GEOs
Responsibilities
- Managing and developing key and most profitable partners
- Attracting strong partners and strategic traffic sources
- Handling complex negotiations and individual partnership terms
- In-depth traffic performance analysis and scaling profitable campaigns
- Advanced experience with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
- Expert-level anti-fraud control and handling non-standard traffic
- Launching and developing new GEOs and acquisition channels
- Working with large media buying teams and complex cases
- Supporting Middle/Junior Managers with complex issues upon Team Lead’s request
- Strong expertise in iGaming and consistent KPI achievement under high-pressure conditions
