We are looking for a creative and responsible SMM Manager to develop our social media presence and employer brand in Ukraine. You will work closely with a copywriter, so writing texts and creating the content plan are not part of this role.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn pages
• Creating visual and video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
• Organizing and participating in photo and video shoots
• Editing short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram
• Publishing content according to the prepared content plan
• Moderating comments and messages
• Analyzing performance, preparing reports, and suggesting improvements
• Collaborating with the team (copywriter, designer, marketer)

Our ideal candidate:

•  1+ year of SMM experience
• Understands trends in Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Can shoot and edit videos
• Has a strong sense of style, composition, and modern visual aesthetics
• Responsible, proactive, and creative
• Has a portfolio with cases (required)

Responsibilities

• Collecting and updating employee data (new hires and current employees).
• Managing company documentation and internal paperwork.
• Office-related tasks: ordering equipment and supplies, registering new team members.
• Pre-onboarding support: preparing and signing documents, issuing equipment, and creating profiles in the CRM system.
• Tracking vacations, sick leaves, and other absences in the company calendar.
• Initial screening of candidates for positions in the Kyiv office.
• Handling personal tasks for the CEO.
• Supporting the HR department with daily operational tasks.
• Communication with drivers regarding basic questions and documentation updates.

• At least 6 months of experience as an HR Admin or Office Manager.
• Experience working with HR documentation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility.
• English level C1.
• Confident use of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms).

• Maintaining and updating candidate data in the CRM/ATS
• Preparing job postings and managing communication with candidates
• Supporting pre-onboarding
• Tracking hiring progress and reporting recruitment results
• Assisting the HR department with daily operational tasks
• Communication with drivers regarding basic questions and documentation updates
• Creating and implementing new, alternative approaches to driver recruitment

What we’re looking for

• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role
• Practical experience with candidate screening and interview coordination
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility
• English level C1
• Confident use of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms)

• Schedule: Day shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (aligned with U.S. market hours)
