Risk Manager

We are looking for a Risk Manager to strengthen our risk and fraud prevention function within a fast-growing payment processing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage payment-related risks.
• Handle chargeback and dispute management processes.
• Investigate fraud cases and suspicious activities.
• Analyze transaction patterns and risk indicators.
• Develop fraud prevention measures and monitoring procedures.
• Collaborate with Support, Compliance, Merchant Success, and Technical teams.
• Detect and prevent attacks targeting payment infrastructure.
• Prepare risk reports and recommendations for management.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Risk, Fraud Prevention, Chargeback, Compliance, or Payments Operations.
• Experience working with payment systems, acquiring, PSPs, or fintech companies.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Experience with fraud detection tools and monitoring systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• English proficiency sufficient for business communication.
