Role Mission

The Head of Sales is accountable for leading the sales function and driving growth by designing, building, and scaling an AI- and automation-powered sales engine that delivers a predictable pipeline and revenue growth, increases conversion speed and efficiency, and outperforms traditional agency sales models through data-driven experimentation and disciplined execution.

Key responsibilities

Automation and system integrations play a critical role in supporting this growth.

The role is focused on building and maintaining integrations between internal tools and external services, automating operational workflows, and ensuring reliable data flows across systems.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations between applications and platforms using APIs
• Automate business and operational workflows across multiple systems
• Use Make.com (Integromat) as the primary automation platform
• Develop, test, maintain, and refactor automation logic
• Translate business requirements into structured technical solutions

Requirements

Reverse Engineer (Android / Windows)

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Reverse Engineer to analyze, understand, and modify complex software systems across Android and Windows platforms. You will work on low-level system components, proprietary protocols, and real-world production binaries—going far beyond basic static analysis.

This role requires deep technical expertise in native code, system internals, and runtime behavior, with a strong focus on practical reverse engineering and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Reverse engineer Android and Windows applications (Java/Kotlin + native C/C++)
• Analyze compiled binaries, obfuscated code, and packed applications
• Perform dynamic instrumentation, tracing, and runtime analysis
• Understand and modify system-level behavior (services, drivers, IPC, networking)
• Reverse proprietary protocols and data formats
• Identify security mechanisms, protections, and bypass techniques
• Develop tooling, scripts, and automation for analysis workflows

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate the GCP infrastructure behind our LLM platform.
You will be responsible for keeping our ML infrastructure reliable, scalable, and efficient — from data pipelines to training and inference.
 

This is a DevOps-first role with strong exposure to ML infrastructure. In this role, you will develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, orchestration workflows, and observability for distributed ML workloads across GPU/TPU/CPU environments.
You will work closely with ML Engineers and Data Engineers, while focusing on building a robust, automated, and production-grade platform that accelerates model development and delivery.

• Design, build, and operate scalable ML infrastructure on GCP (GKE), supporting both experimentation and production workloads for LLMs and NLP systems.
• Manage Kubernetes-based environments (GKE): deployment, scaling, upgrades, and reliability of training and inference workloads across GPU/TPU/CPU pools.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) to automate testing, training, and deployment of ML services and infrastructure.
• Implement infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) to provision and manage cloud resources in a reproducible, secure, and cost-efficient way.
• Ensure observability of ML systems: monitoring, logging, and alerting for infrastructure, pipelines, and production inference workloads.

• Optimize resource utilization and cost, improving efficiency of training and serving infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the ML platform — from data pipelines to distributed training and production deployments.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or ML Infrastructure roles, with strong understanding of production systems and distributed workloads.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with GCP is the must, other major cloud platforms would be a plus.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and experience designing scalable systems for compute and data-intensive workloads.
• Kubernetes & Containers: Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes (preferably GKE), including deploying, scaling, and operating production workloads. Familiarity with Helm and Kubernetes networking fundamentals.
• CI/CD & Automation: Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) to automate testing, deployment, and infrastructure changes.
• Workflow Orchestration: Experience with Airflow (or similar tools) is a plus.
• Infrastructure as Code: Strong experience with Terraform (preferred) or similar tools for provisioning and managing infrastructure in a reproducible way.
