Head of VIP Operations

We are looking for an experienced Head of VIP Operations to own the entire VIP business vertical across PreVIP, VIP, High Roll, Recovery, and Reactivation. You will be responsible for commercial performance, player lifecycle management, and revenue growth while leading multiple operational teams.
 

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end VIP lifecycle across PreVIP, VIP, High Roll, Recovery, and Reactivation.
• Drive VIP revenue growth and own key commercial KPIs.
• Lead multiple teams through Heads and Team Leads.
• Optimize player retention, reactivation, and PreVIP to VIP conversion.
• Partner with the Retention team to maximize the commercial impact of campaigns and offers.
• Build and scale efficient VIP operational processes.
• Analyze business performance and drive continuous improvements.
   

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in VIP Operations within the iGaming industry.
• Proven experience managing the full VIP lifecycle, including High Roll.
• Strong ownership of commercial KPIs (P&L, IN/OUT, Hold, Churn, or similar metrics).
• Experience leading multiple teams through Heads and Team Leads.
• Deep understanding of VIP player behavior, retention, and lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
• Experience with PreVIP operations will be considered an advantage.
