We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in IT outsourcing, specializing in closing Middle and Senior-level positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to build high-performing product teams, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

Skills are required:
 

2+ years of experience in IT recruitment within an outsourcing environment

Proven experience hiring for Middle and Senior-level roles

Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative channels)

Experience conducting competency-based interviews

Ability to manage and maintain candidate pipelines and databases

Experience in offer negotiation and closing candidates

Solid understanding of technical roles and ability to discuss requirements with candidates

Advanced English (B2+/C1)

Skills will be a plus:
 

Previous work experience with Jira / Confluence
Experience with EU Market

We're looking for an experienced Game Developer to join our core team and help shape the future of browser-based gaming.

You'll work on cutting-edge casino games using JavaScript/TypeScript, and Phaser. You'll collaborate closely with our design and product teams to create engaging, fair, and visually stunning gaming experiences.

This is a senior role with significant autonomy.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of game development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with WebGL, Canvas, or game engines (Phaser, PixiJS)
• Understanding of probability and game mathematics
• Experience in developing gambling slots and crash games is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and proven experience working in a team environment

Nice-to-have

• Experience with real-time multiplayer systems is a plus
• Knowledge of Node.js is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop the client-side of browser-based games
• Implement game logic and interactive gameplay features
• Optimize performance and stability of games
