Requirements
- 2+ years as Success or Account Manager in an IT outsourcing company
- Understanding of SDLC
- C1 English level or above
- “Troubleshooter” attitude
- Optimist, strong communication skills
- Stress-resistant, self-organized
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Collect workload and forecasting information from clients
- Understand the needs and priorities of the customer to develop upsell cases
- Take care of the account data accuracy and documentation
- Collect regular client feedback and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Submit and maintain documentation in internal system
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with PM/TL/CTO team to identify any growth opportunities
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
- Working with receivables
