As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Compliance & Risk Manager who will help build and strengthen our Compliance and Risk functions, ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting a robust risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the company's Compliance Framework.
• Draft, review, and update internal policies and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Compliance, Risk, or AML within fintech, PSP, EMI, acquiring, or banking.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Good understanding of FCA requirements or other European financial regulatory frameworks.
• Experience conducting Risk Assessments and implementing control frameworks.
• Strong understanding of the payments industry, including KYC, AML, and Fraud Prevention.
• Experience working with Visa, Mastercard, banks, or payment providers will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of projects.

About the Project

We are launching a new iGaming project focused on Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, backed by an international holding with strong financial resources and operational expertise.

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer (PHP + JavaScript + AI)to join our Workouts team, responsible for the physical activity experience of our users: workouts, workout plans, fitness data, and integrations.
 

You will build and improve product features, enhance content management systems, and contribute to the reliability and scalability of our applications. The role combines backend and frontend development with product ownership and the use of AI-assisted coding tools to support faster, high-quality delivery.

Your impact:
 

• Implement and enhance features from conception through to deployment, ensuring they meet strategic business objectives.
• Design and develop content management systems using React, Vue, and JavaScript, dedicating approximately 50% of your time to frontend tasks and leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate development where appropriate.
• Write clean, secure, testable, scalable, and well-documented product or system code.
• Actively participate in multiple aspects of the SDLC, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with product, client, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and resolve integration issues.
   

About you:
 

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-ready products.
• Work confidently across the full stack, including backend (PHP 8.0+ with OOP skills, using frameworks like Symfony or Laravel)  and frontend technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, React/Vue).
• Actively use Agentic Coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) to improve development workflows.
• Work with relational databases (MySQL and/or PostgreSQL) and in-memory storage/caching solutions (e.g., Redis, AWS ElastiCache).
• Understand the AWS ecosystem and basic DevOps practices.
• Apply knowledge of microservices, microfrontends, BFFs, and asynchronous communication systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, Amazon SQS).
• Think in terms of business and product impact, not only implementation.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and share knowledge with others.
• Show independence, ambition, and a strong ownership mindset.
• Thrive in small, fast-moving teams with frequent releases and quick iteration cycles.
   

Would be a plus:
 

• Familiarity with Clean Architecture software design philosophy or DDD
• Hands-on experience with GoLang.
• Ability to document requirements and create architectural diagrams (using PlantUML or Mermaid).
• Experience with distributed systems and high-load services.
• Experience with Kubernetes/Helm and service mesh technologies like Istio.

• Commercial experience with Go (Golang).
• Experience working with PHP, preferably Symfony or Laravel.
• Strong understanding of idiomatic Go patterns, best practices, and application design principles.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with asynchronous messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, Amazon SQS, or similar).
• Experience with caching and in-memory data stores (Redis / AWS ElastiCache).
• Exposure to infrastructure and operations, including Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and production troubleshooting.
• Experience working with Linux and Docker.

Responsibilities

Review requirement documents and quality specifications to provide timely and meaningful feedback

Must have

Strong experience of data and software QA methodologies, tools and processes

6+ years of data/software quality experience

Strong knowledge of test design

Solid knowledge of ETL, SQL, and scripting (at least command line and shell)

Deep practical experience with performance, regression, and integration testing tools

Basic Java automation experience or any other scripting skills

Strong proficiency in Atlassian Product Suite (Confluence, JIRA)

Understanding of agile software development methodologies

Ability to prioritize test cases based on risk analysis

Strong analytical skills

Accountability and self-organization

Experience with real-time, high volume systems

Ability to deliver products in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment

Excellent communication skills

English Upper-intermediate or above (written and spoken)
