This is a pretty unique position: we're looking for someone who's already very comfortable leveraging AI in their development work, or someone who's open to it.

You MUST be a senior software engineer. You MUST be able to spot bullshit when AI gives you some. You MUST be smart and fast learning, and open to structuring your workflow and how you leverage AI in such a way to solve for the challenges we're dealing with.

In this position, you'll become an absolute expert at using AI for developing things.

You're a self-starter. You can dive into a business problem and quickly output a prototype within a day. Then turn that prototype into a working product within a short amount of time.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Lead Developer to take ownership of our flagship web-based Field Management Software platform. This is a hands-on technical leadership role: you will architect, build, and guide the evolution of a sophisticated single-page application (SPA) ecosystem backed by a robust .NET/C# Web API and SQL Server data layer. Roughly 80% of the application surface is built in JavaScript using our proprietary one-page app framework, making deep JavaScript expertise absolutely essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns with a strong focus on CPA,ROAS
• Run continuous A/B tests (creatives, audiences, placements and etc.) and develop growth hypotheses
• Analyze marketing and product metrics such as LTV, ARPPU, ARPU, churn, and retention
• Manage and scale budgets across Tier 1 GEOs

We need a frontend engineer who ships fast without sacrificing quality. Someone who treats AI as a multiplier, not a crutch. Who can take a Figma file and deliver a pixel-perfect, functional UI before anyone expected it. And when there's no design? Someone with enough product sense to fill the gaps and improve the experience anyway. 

You'll build dashboards and operational UIs for our healthcare transportation platform: dispatcher tools, admin panels, and features that help manage thousands of rides daily. 

This is a solo frontend role with high ownership. You'll collaborate with PMs, designers, and backend engineers, but the frontend is yours.
