Role overview:

We're hiring our first Customer Support Generalist to own the front line of customer interactions across our platform. This is a new role, which means you'll help define what great support looks like at CUCollaborate as we scale.

The Finance Manager position is a key member of the Finance team reporting to the Director of Finance. Design and deploy intelligent chatbots using Foundry Workflows, Microsoft Agent Framework, OpenAI. Build and operate multi-agent orchestration pipelines with Azure AI Foundry and Model Context Protocol (MCP). Responsibilities:

AI Agent & Chatbot Development

• Design, build, and deploy intelligent conversational agents using Foundry Workflows, Microsoft Agent Framework, OpenAI.

NOC Engineer role responsibility is to serve as Atlas’ front line for alerts & requests. Our multinational team of Network Operation Center engineers addresses issues with end-user devices, cloud technologies, and basic network troubleshooting.
