• Familiar with NoSQL/database technologies; we use Cosmos DB for scalable, multi-region data.
 

• Experience with Terraform or similar tools to provision cloud resources. Familiar with CI/CD practices (we use GitOps/ArgoCD pipelines).
 

• Exposure to logging/monitoring stacks (ELK/Elastic, Prometheus/Grafana) and performance testing tools (K6, JMeter).

Leadership & People management

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Android developers and QA/AQA engineers

Leadership experience

Technical expertise

• 5+ years of native Android application development experience
• Expert knowledge of Kotlin and modern Android development practices
• Deep understanding of Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, and reactive programming
• Proficiency with MV* patterns (MVVM, MVI), Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles
• Strong understanding of Android internals, app lifecycle, and performance optimization
• Experience with multi-module architecture and dependency injection
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Knowledge of build variants, product flavors, and build configuration
