About the Position

Part-time position (20 hours per week)

We are launching a new brand for our custom software and AI application development services.

The strategy is defined. We need someone to execute it week by week: publishing content, growing the channels, keeping the cadence steady. You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with business development, across SEO, LinkedIn, email and event support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and publish website content: service pages, case studies, blog articles, working from engineering input and client material.
  • Own the content plan and keep a steady monthly cadence.
  • Handle on-page SEO: keyword research, page structure, meta data, internal linking, Search Console monitoring.
  • Build the new brand's LinkedIn presence from zero: company page, ghostwritten posts for key accounts
  • Launch and run a monthly newsletter, including list building and consent management.
  • Produce sales and event materials: landing pages, one-pagers, case study PDFs, post-event content.
  • Build the first backlink profile through directory listings, partner links and outreach
  • Report on traffic, rankings, LinkedIn growth and lead quality, with recommendations attached.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, ideally in software outsourcing industry
  • Strong English writing: you can turn a technical conversation with an engineer into something a business reader will relate to.
  • Practical SEO experience: keyword research, on-page optimization, content briefs, Search Console.
  • Experience running B2B LinkedIn, including writing in someone else's voice.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Experience with outbound campaigns
  • Able to work independently and hold a publishing cadence without being chased.
  • Experience automating marketing workflows: connecting tools, setting up triggers and sequences, and using AI to speed up repetitive production work
  • Fluent English, written and verbal.

Nice to Have

  • Experience launching a brand or website from zero.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, ERP or industrial B2B audiences.
  • Google Ads experience on niche, low-volume search terms.
  • Basic Figma or Canva skills.
