We are AVEM AERO — an international aviation company specializing in cargo charter operations, GSA services, OCC (Operational Control Center), and comprehensive flight support.
We operate in a fast-paced international environment where attention to detail, quick decision-making, and strong communication are essential to keeping our operations running smoothly.
We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our team.
This role combines operations, customer communication, sales support, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
What you will do:
• Coordinate day-to-day aviation operations
• Communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Handle customer requests and provide timely support
• Support the sales team with operational and client-related tasks
• Coordinate flight-related requests and changes
• Monitor ongoing operations and resolve issues
• Work with external aviation service providers and partners
• Maintain operational documentation and internal processes
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency
What will help you succeed:
• 2+ years of experience in Operations, Sales, Customer Support, Aviation, or a similar role
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• English level B2 or higher
• Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach
