What is the Role About

We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:

• Full-time job;

Our ideal candidate:

• 1+ year of commercial experience in UI/UX design for mobile projects;
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and any vector editor (Illustrator / Affinity Designer / etc.);
• Experience working with generative AI tools (MidJourney, Sora, Imagen, Stable Diffusion, etc.);
• Ability to design UI for responsive layouts;

• Understanding of UX logic and player flow.

   

Nice to have:

• Basic skills in Unity;
• Understanding of UI implementation principles in game engines;

• Experience in multiple mobile game genres.

   

Key responsibilities:

• Creating sketches and user flows for UI;
• Researching and selecting visual references;
• Developing final UI art with responsiveness in mind;
• Optimizing graphics for mobile devices;

• Collaborating with game designers and programmers during integration.

This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients. The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements.
Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:
 

• Supporting the PM team throughout the project lifecycle - from pre-sales to delivery

About the product
Project: fintech, payment system.

Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain asynchronous backend services (FastAPI, ARQ, service-oriented and
microservice applications).
● Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
● Participate in design discussions and suggest improvements to performance and developer
experience.
● Collaborate openly with backend, frontend, DevOps, and product teams.

Requirements
● 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python (asyncio, typing, pydantic);
● Solid experience with SQLAlchemy 2.0 and Alembic;
● Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests (Pytest/Unittest);
● Hands-on experience with FastAPI and async task processing (ARQ/Celery/RQ);
● Database skills: PostgreSQL (indexes, transactions, RLS). Knowledge of
TimescaleDB/ClickHouse is a plus;
● Experience in database query optimisation (EXPLAIN, keyset pagination, batching);
● Understanding of idempotency and outbox/event sourcing principles;
● Experience with Docker, docker-compose, local environments;
● Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS (SQS, RDS, S3) is a plus;
● Hands-on experience with creating and supporting PCI DSS compliant applications is a plus;
● Experience in creating skills, commands and agents for Claude AI is a plus;

● Understanding of observability (structured logs, traces, metrics).
