We're looking for a systems-minded Senior Software Engineer to build the performance-critical core of our real-time computer vision pipeline. You'll own the runtime beneath the CV engines - shared-memory frame pools, zero-copy IPC, and process orchestration - where the bottleneck is memory bandwidth and microseconds, not network or nodes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CV/ML engineers to turn model inference code into reliable production pipeline stages.

Role mission:

Produce and adapt the photo and video content that powers TouchRetouch's presence on iOS and social. Working from a monthly content plan under the Marketing Manager, you'll turn the app's editing capabilities into scroll-stopping "before/after" stories, appstore visuals, AI-generated visuals, ad creatives, and brand videos — shipping a high, consistent volume, on time and to spec. Your work fuels campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and the App Store, aimed primarily at the US market.

Key responsibilities:

1) AI & photo content production

• Generate AI images — on brief and on brand.
• Produce polished photo assets and design layouts / mockups for App Store screenshots and Custom Product Page visuals.
• Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with the TouchRetouch brand and current content trends.

2) Before/after content (photo & video)

• Prepare "before/after" photo sets that clearly showcase the app's editing power.
• Create "before/after" videos from screen recordings of the editing process.
• Frame each piece around a specific feature or use case for maximum clarity and impact.

3) Advertising creatives & brand video

• Deliver ad creatives for paid campaigns, adapted to placement and format.
• Produce brand-awareness videos.
• Iterate on creative angles based on feedback and performance signals from the marketing team.

4) Live shooting & store assets

• Shoot simple live content (e.g., hands holding a phone in frame) to add authenticity to creatives.
• Design App Store screenshot layouts and product-page mockups.
• Prepare and export files to publication-ready specs for each channel.

5) Workflow, delivery & reporting

• Work from technical briefs provided by the Marketing Manager and deliver against the monthly content plan.
• Meet deadlines consistently and manage repetitive, high-volume tasks without losing quality.
• Report regularly on completed work and keep files organized and ready for handoff and publication.

Success metrics

Monthly output, delivered on time and to technical spec — to be informed about quantity on direct call.

Consistent quality and adherence to the content plan and deadlines.

Qualification:

Must-have:

• Confident, hands-on experience creating photo and video content for social media.
• 1+ year working to technical briefs / clearly-defined specs.
• Genuinely tuned in to current content trends — both in your local market and in the US.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, deadline-driven way of working.

Nice-to-have:

• Fluency with TikTok formats and short-form video trends.
• Interest and experience in AI image / video generation.
• Experience creating content for mobile apps or beauty / photo products.
• Solid video editing skills.

• 12 months: Ready to grow into a more creative or producer-level role.
