IT Sales Manager (Junior / Junior+)

We are looking for a motivated person with with 1 - 2 years of commercial experience in IT outsourcing who wants to grow into a strong IT Sales professional.

 

GroupBWT is a consulting firm specializing in web scraping and custom data platforms, with 16+ years of experience in custom solutions for international clients. We are also an AWS Accredited Partner, confirming the high technical and architectural standards of our solutions.

 

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of commercial experience in an IT outsourcing company (ideally 2+) in Sales or other client-facing roles (Account Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Customer Success, etc.)
  • Experience participating in or conducting client meetings, discovery calls or business discussions
  • Good understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing services
  • English level B2+
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand clients’ business needs
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and willingness to actively leverage AI in daily work
  • Proactive mindset, ownership and willingness to learn
  • Motivation to build a long-term career in IT Sales

     

Responsibilities:

  • Learn our services, expertise and successful client case studies
  • Research prospective clients and prepare for discovery meetings
  • Participate in discovery calls together with senior sales managers and technical consultants
  • Communicate with international clients and identify their business needs
  • Prepare meeting notes and maintain CRM records
  • Support the sales process throughout different stages of the client journey
  • Continuously develop your sales, communication and consulting skills
  • Gradually take ownership of client communication and become a more independent IT Sales Manager
