We are looking for a motivated IT Sales professional with 2โ3 years of commercial experience in IT outsourcing who is ready to take ownership of client communication and play an active role in the sales process while continuing to grow in B2B IT Sales.
GroupBWT is a consulting firm specializing in web scraping and custom data platforms, with 16+ years of experience delivering custom solutions for international clients.
We are also an AWS Accredited Partner, confirming the high technical and architectural standards of our solutions.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of commercial experience in an IT outsourcing company in Sales or other client-facing roles (Account Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Customer Success, etc.)
- Experience independently participating in or conducting client meetings, discovery calls and business discussions
- Good understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing services
- English level B2+
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify clients' business needs
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and willingness to actively leverage AI in daily work
- Proactive mindset, ownership and strong problem-solving skills
- Motivation to build a long-term career in IT Sales
Responsibilities
- Represent GroupBWT in communication with international clients
- Research prospective clients and prepare for discovery meetings
- Conduct and actively participate in discovery calls together with technical consultants and senior sales team members
- Identify clients' business challenges and help shape potential solution approaches
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales process
- Prepare meeting summaries, maintain CRM records and ensure high-quality sales documentation
- Support opportunities through different stages of the sales cycle
Continuously improve your sales, consulting and communication skills while taking increasing ownership of the sales process
