What will you do:

• Build effective email communications from scratch and see how your actions and decisions impact business results;
• Generate hypotheses for improving key metrics (CR/OR/CTR, etc.), conduct and analyse A/B tests;
• Create a content plan, mailing lists, campaigns, and corresponding templates;
• Implement a user segmentation system for effective communication;
• Monitor the infrastructure status: work on domain reputation and with spam filters, etc.

What do you need to join us:

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing;
• Experience working with ESP systems (for example Customer.io, Iterable, eSputnik, MailChimp, or others);
• Ability to work with domain reputation, understanding of how spam filters work;
• Experience in the creation of effective email sequences for various purposes;
• Experience working with A/B testing and improving key metrics;
• Belief that persistence, creativity, and the desire to convey the product's value will overcome any difficulties;
• English language level Upper-Intermediate or higher, because communication is a key ;)
