Purpose of the role:

In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, transparency, and consistency of financial operations across the company by maintaining reliable bookkeeping records and supporting smooth document workflows within our internal management system.
You will serve as a key link between internal teams and external partners — including accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and the ERP development team — ensuring that financial data is properly recorded, tax obligations are met across different jurisdictions, and system processes evolve in line with operational needs.
Your contribution will be essential for maintaining financial compliance, strengthening cash flow control, and providing timely financial information that supports operational and strategic decision-making.
 

Key responsibilities:

• Accounting/bookkeeping in internally developed management system (1C based)
• Prime documents workflow support (agreements, invoices, bank statements, etc)
• Collaboration with ERP dev team: task setting, requirements description, coordination and control
• Constant collaboration with external outsourced accountants, auditors and tax advisors
• Tax compliance in different jurisdictions
• Workflow and payments control
• Cash flow management
• Ad-hoc report preparation by request
   

Required Experience:

• Work experience as an Accountant for at least 3 years
• Ability to "read" financial reports
• Fluent English and Russian (at least Upper-Intermediate)

The Role

We're looking for a full-stack engineer to help build the services that power CareerOS. You're a few years into your career, you ship solid work, and you're ready to level up fast — this is a role you grow into.

You'll own whole features from database to API to UI, with the team backing you up. You'll work directly with the squad lead and product owner responsible for the domain - in the room when decisions get made, with real input on what we build. And because we deploy continuously, the code you merge today is live for real users today.

We're also an AI-native team, and that's central to how we work — see below.

Tech stack: Node.js (primary for new code), React/TypeScript on the frontend, some legacy Go. Infrastructure on GCP.

Typical split: backend-leaning, with real frontend work in React — it varies by project.

What You'll Actually Do

• Ship full features, end-to-end — schema design, API, and the React UI on top. You own the vertical, with support when you need it.
• Work with data — write real queries, design schemas, reason about migrations.
• Build across the stack — backend-focused, but you'll ship real frontend in React/TypeScript too.
• Help move our Go services to Node — read existing Go to understand the logic, rebuild it cleanly in TypeScript with time. (You won't write new Go.)
• Build with AI tools — we use Claude Code, Cursor, and others daily. You should be comfortable, or excited, to work this way.
• Own your code in production — continuous deployment means what you merge today is live today. You debug it, monitor it, improve it.

What We're Looking For

Ideal Candidate

We need a Performance Content expert, not just a creative. You must know how to scale automated content uniqueization while maintaining the critical product metrics (CTR /Retention/engagement) that trigger viral distribution.

Must-haves:

• 2-3+ years of experience as an Organic Growth Lead, Creative Lead, or Marketing Lead in the creator economy or digital media.
• An analytical mindset: understanding how to track and interpret key content performance metrics using tools like TikTok, Meta, Snap, and YouTube Analytics.
• Hands-on experience launching and scaling organic traffic through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snap, and Reddit.
• Experience in performance marketing to support organic results and initial growth.
• A deep understanding of the specifics of video distribution: algorithms, formats, platforms, policies, and trends.
• Experience building and managing creative teams (scriptwriters, editors, producers, designers).

We're looking for a sharp, analytically mindedcontractor to support our accounting team with workpaper modernization and dataquery work. This is a hands-on, execution-focused engagement suited for someonewho moves fast, works independently, and takes ownership.

Technical Requirements

 *   Advanced Excel proficiency — pivot tables, dynamic arrays, Power Query, and building structured reporting tools for high-volume datasets

Project Responsibilities 

Participate in team PBR (Product Backlog Refinement) sessions: accepting tasks from analysts, reviewing completed business research documents and PRDs together, validating requirements, and discussing technical implementation approaches before development begins. 
Integration & Fiscalization 
Design and develop integration services with external providers and government systems, implement fiscalization logic and e-invoice processing, and own your code all the way through to production release. 
Observability & Support 
Independently maintain the stability of your own solutions. Set up monitoring (metrics, logs) for the services you develop and respond to production alerts. 
Teamwork & Ownership 
Collaborative development of regulatory services. After onboarding and gaining context, we expect you to be able to independently scope, execute, and close integration tasks — such as launching fiscalization in a new country or connecting to government systems with local deployment — without micromanagement.

Candidate's Portrait

We need a self-sufficient engineer who is ready to dive deep into business context, collaborate effectively with the team, and take well-defined analyst requirements all the way to stable production code. 
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong independence, ownership, and ability to work without micromanagement. They are comfortable operating in conditions of uncertainty, proactively gathering requirements, and communicating directly with stakeholders. They should be confident in MySQL and relational databases, have practical experience with Redis, Kafka, and Nats, and be capable of designing and implementing APIs (REST, gRPC, GraphQL). Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, ELK stack, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions) is expected. Experience with AWS is a plus.

Must-haves 

Commercial Go development experience 4+ years, hands-on REST API design, and a solid understanding of core language principles (memory management, garbage collection, concurrency).
