What You'll Do
 

• Own features end-to-end: from architecture and implementation to deployment and support
• Build and ship web applications using Ruby on Rails
  Design and maintain APIs, services, and data layers (PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq)

What We're Looking For
 

• 4+ years of professional backend or full-stack development experience

About the Role:

As QA Automation Lead, you will establish and grow the automation function from the ground up. • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills for developing and maintaining test scripts.
• Demonstrated experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline security, container image scanning, and supply chain integrity

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement security controls across AWS cloud infrastructure (VPCs, IAM, Security Groups) and Kubernetes (EKS) environments. Enforce least-privilege access, network segmentation, and runtime security policies
- Own the end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle -- scanning, prioritization, remediation, and verification. Upgrade dependencies across services and build automation to keep them current
- Embed security into the development lifecycle -- container image scanning, software composition analysis (SCA), and automated security gates in CI/CD pipelines. Ensure third-party dependencies and base images meet security standards before reaching production
- Use Terraform or equivalent IaC tooling to provision and manage infrastructure with security checks automated directly in the deployment pipeline. Reduce manual toil through scripting and tooling in Python
- Build and maintain detection rules, alerting pipelines, and monitoring dashboards for real-time visibility across infrastructure. Lead technical response to security incidents with root cause analysis, remediation, and documented runbooks
- Secure data pipelines handling user-uploaded media, AI model assets, and generated content -- access controls, encryption at rest/in transit, backup integrity, and audit logging
- Support and advance SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR commitments by automating evidence collection, maintaining security policies, and preparing for audits
- Define and test backup and recovery procedures ensuring the platform meets defined RTO/RPO targets. Contribute to business continuity planning with a focus on security implications during failure and restoration scenarios-

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in Salesforce development (Apex, Triggers, SOQL).
• Frontend: Solid understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security concepts (Sharing/Visibility), and Governor Limits.
• Engineering Excellence: Familiarity with design patterns, Git version control, and CI/CD processes.
• Language: English level B2 or higher (both written and verbal).

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

Possessing experience or certifications in the following specialized Clouds will be considered a significant advantage:

• Sales Cloud: Expertise in automating complex sales processes and opportunity management.
• Marketing Cloud: Experience with Journey Builder, Content Builder, or AMPScript.
• Nonprofit Cloud (NPSP): Understanding the specific architecture and data models tailored for nonprofit organizations.
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II (PD1/PD2).
