We are currently looking for a Lead User Acquisition Manager to join the Promova team.
Challenges you would have:
- Take ownership of the UA team (both web and mobile) and get the opportunity to grow into a Head of Acquisition or Head of Digital roles!
- Establish and optimize media-buying processes across the main channels (primary: Meta & Google).
- Develop and upskill the web/social team.

Now we’re looking for a Marketing Designer to join our team. This role is focused on campaign-ready marketing design and fast production across key touchpoints (paid/social creatives, landing pages, presentations, and sales materials).
What you need for this role:
— At least 3+ years of experience in marketing-oriented design, demonstrating the ability to create effective visuals for campaigns, websites, and creative assets.
— Experience designing landing pages in Figma and collaborating with developers (no coding required).
— Strong graphic design skills (banners, illustrations, visual concepts, marketing assets, etc.).
— UI/UX knowledge sufficient to design clear, conversion-oriented pages.
— A strong, up-to-date portfolio with real campaign work (key visuals, ad sets/variations, landing pages, presentations).
— At least Intermediate English level.
What you will do:
— Creating all types of marketing materials: website visuals, ad creatives, visual campaign concepts, presentations, promo materials, etc.
— Designing conversion-oriented landing page layouts in Figma and supporting implementation together with the team.— Producing creative variations fast (formats, messages, audiences) and iterating based on feedback and performance.
— Building reusable templates/components and keeping assets organized to increase speed month over month.
— Continuous production of advertising creatives for various marketing channels.
— Transforming text-based messages into strong, creative visual concepts that stand out and support marketing goals.
— Collaborating with a Marketing Manager and Revenue team to produce materials aligned with business objectives.
— Support and elevate the company’s marketing strategy through high-quality visual solutions.
