*About the Role*
We are looking for a Business Development & Project Coordinator to join our team in a full-time position. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of opportunity sourcing, project coordination, and team communication — ideal for someone who enjoys both analytical work and staying in the middle of the action.

*Requirements*
No prior production experience is required — we are ready to teach and support you at the start. What matters most is motivation, self-organization, and a genuine interest in this kind of work.
- Familiarity with Upwork or other freelance marketplaces, or a willingness to learn them quickly (searching, evaluating, and qualifying projects)
- Ability to analyze project descriptions and assess their fit against team skills and availability
- Confident working with structured data (Google Sheets / Excel) and preparing simple reports
- Basic understanding of the software development process and common technologies, or readiness to learn (enough to evaluate whether a project matches the team's stack)
- Upper-Intermediate or higher written English — you will read project requirements and prepare client-facing reports
- Strong self-organization and attention to detail — much of this work is real-time monitoring and follow-through

*Job Responsibilities*
- Monitor freelance marketplaces and job platforms in real time to identify projects and opportunities that match our team's expertise
- Analyze and qualify incoming opportunities, evaluate requirements, and provide the best matches to the technical team
- Communicate with the development team: track task status, availability, and workload
- Track logged hours and verify time reports across active projects
- Prepare regular reports on completed work for clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities and keep the team informed of promising leads

*Nice to Have*
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation, sales support, project coordination, or a similar role in IT
- Experience writing proposals or bids on Upwork
- Familiarity with time-tracking tools and workload monitoring
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar)
- Basic understanding of Web/Mobile/BE development terminology

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior–Strong Middle Android Developer to join our team in a full-time position.
 

Requirements

• Initial commercial or practical experience in developing Android applications
• Basic understanding of Android UI components and the Android operating system
• Proficiency in Kotlin and familiarity with Android Studio and the Android SDK
• Understanding of MVVM architecture and initial experience working with Jetpack Compose
• Fundamental knowledge of Kotlin coroutines and Flow for managing asynchronous tasks
• Familiarity with software development workflows, testing basics, and Agile/Kanban concepts
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and requirements in English
   

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android application functionality in accordance with established architectural guidelines
• Implement and support unit tests to ensure code stability and maintainability
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to improving architectural decisions
• Stay updated on relevant Android technologies and development best practices
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with Firebase ecosystem (Authentication, FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config)
