Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Implementation

• Lead end-to-end PLM solution architecture design, development, and implementation
• Define and maintain PLM architecture standards, best practices, and technology roadmap

Stakeholder Engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in the PLM domain and solution architecture

Technical Expertise

• Deep expertise in at least one major PLM platform: Siemens Teamcenter; PTC Windchill or an equivalent enterprise PLM solution
• Proven track record in solution architecture and enterprise system integration
• Strong understanding of core PLM concepts: Bill of Materials (BOM) management, Engineering Change Management (ECM/ECO), Product Data Management (PDM), Configuration management, Workflow and lifecycle management
• Experience with APIs, web services, and integration technologies
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies

Language Requirements

• German: B1/B2 level (CEFR) – mandatory

TechMagic is launching a product-focused division to build and scale B2B SaaS applications alongside our core software development services business.

We are looking for our first Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of product-led revenue growth (MRR) across our growing portfolio of SaaS products, including:

• Invoice Generator
• MagicCV
• MagicScreen

This is a foundational role. You will define how product marketing works at TechMagic - from positioning and go-to-market to experimentation, analytics, and growth loops. The right person will have the opportunity to build and lead the product marketing direction as the portfolio and team expand.

What You’ll Own

You will be responsible for turning our products into clear, differentiated, revenue-generating SaaS businesses.

Product Marketing & Positioning

• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for each product and target segment
• Translate product capabilities into clear customer benefits and use cases
• Own ICP definition, segmentation, and JTBD frameworks
• Develop and maintain core PMM assets: messaging frameworks, landing page narratives, onboarding flows, and sales enablement materials

Go-To-Market & Growth

• Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches, features, and pricing experiments
• Partner with SEO, PPC, and SDR teams to drive trial, activation, conversion, and expansion
• Own activation, conversion, retention, and monetization hypotheses
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap based on market and revenue insights
  
  Revenue & Data Ownership
• Be accountable for MRR growth metrics, including conversion rates, churn, and LTV
• Define and track north-star and supporting metrics for each product
• Use data to prioritize experiments and double down on what works
• Turn analytics into insights and insights into action

• Pricing & packaging

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Marketing experience for digital products (SaaS, B2B/B2C apps, or software platforms)
• Proven ability to own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy end-to-end
• Strong revenue and funnel mindset, with experience impacting activation, conversion, retention, and MRR
• Hands-on experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Growth Marketing, and Sales/SDR teams
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, able to translate insights into growth actions and experiments
• Experience running fast, structured experiments across messaging, onboarding, pricing, and channels
• High level of autonomy and ownership - comfortable being the first PMM and building the function from scratch
• AI-first marketer who actively uses AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency of work
• Strategic thinker who is also highly execution-oriented

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong backend expertise to strengthen our engineering team at a successful web project from the USA.

As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to building and enhancing the platform within a collaborative engineering team. While the current stack includes Angular and Node.js, the strategic goal is to expand backend capabilities and strengthen collaboration with engineering and ETL teams.

Depending on project priorities, you may initially focus on Angular/Node.js features, while gradually contributing more to backend services and integrations, where .NET/C# experience will be valuable. You should be comfortable working across the stack when needed.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience in backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Angular.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex systems.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.
• Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of technical solutions.

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Experience working with healthcare systems or regulated environments
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
