HubSpot is a US-based product company that provides a cloud platform for marketing, sales, and customer service automation.

The platform is used globally by thousands of businesses to manage customer relationships, automate workflows, and scale operations.
 

You will be working on internal financial systems and integrations, including NetSuite, Revenue Recognition, and other core business domains that directly impact company operations.

• Java

• Third-party integrations (NetSuite)
   

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Java
• 2+ years of experience with Kafka
• 2+ years of experience working with microservices architecture
• English level: B2 or higher
   

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve system architecture with a focus on scalability and reliability
• Improve performance and optimize high-load systems
• Participate in code reviews and drive engineering quality standards
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
• Collaborate closely with engineers and Business System Analysts
