Outreach Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Outreach Specialist to join our team and drive outbound lead generation across global markets.
This is not just a “sending messages” role — you will be a key part of our growth engine, directly impacting pipeline generation and revenue.
 

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of outbound leads
  • Identify and target decision-makers (DMs) within relevant companies
  • Launch and manage LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
  • Influence who we work with by shaping lead quality and ICP
  • Directly contribute to closed deals and revenue growth

👉 You will receive a 2% performance bonus from closed deals generated through your outreach efforts.
 

Responsibilities

  • Build targeted lead lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, Snov.io, etc.
  • Filter and refine lead lists, identifying relevant decision-makers
  • Validate email addresses using tools like ZeroBounce, Clearout, or similar
  • Set up and manage outreach campaigns via LinkedIn (LinkedHelper is a must) and email tools
  • Monitor campaign performance (open rate, reply rate, conversions) and optimize accordingly
  • Manage domain health and inbox warm-up to ensure deliverability
  • Work with CRM (Pipedrive) to track leads and pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development team on warm leads

 

Requirements

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in lead generation / outreach / outbound
  • Strong practical experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper (must-have), email outreach tools (Snov.io or similar)
  • Experience with lead sourcing tools (Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.)
  • Understanding of how to identify and validate decision-makers
  • Experience with email validation tools (ZeroBounce, Clearout, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of email deliverability and domain warm-up
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive or similar)
  • English level: B2

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with PhantomBuster or similar tools
  • Understanding of outbound strategy and ICP building
