Motion Designer (Gambling / Betting)

🎬 Motion Designer (Gambling / Betting) We are looking for a Motion Designer who can create dynamic, high-converting video creatives for the gambling / betting vertical.

🔥 Responsibilities

• Creating video creatives for gambling / betting (casino, slots, sportsbook)
• Working with AI-generated video tools (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Kling, Sora, and equivalents)
• Animating interfaces (mobile apps, bank notifications, gameplay, wins, and fund withdrawals)
• Creating win-effects (cash flow, glow, flashes, balance growth, payout effects)
• Handling revisions and rapid iterations from the team

✅ Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer (preferably in gambling / betting / nutra / crypto)
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Photoshop
• Ability to execute dynamic editing and create strong hook scenes
• Understanding of the logic behind gambling creatives (bonuses, RTP, withdrawals, deposit offers, cashback, free spins)
• Experience with AI tools for video and image generation

➕ Nice to Have

• Skills in creating deepfakes (voice cloning, lip-sync creation)
• Experience working in affiliate marketing / media buying teams
• Understanding of Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads
• Understanding the psychology of attention retention in advertising
