Finance Manager / Tax Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager / Tax Accountant to manage financial processes and reporting for the US market. The role combines financial analytics, reporting, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards (with technical support)
• Integrate financial processes with CRM systems
• Analyze unit economics (costs per project/property)
• Prepare financial reports:
  • P&L (monthly / quarterly / yearly)
  • company balance (quarterly)
• Prepare investor reports
• Handle US Sales Tax reporting
• Manage and oversee 2 accountants

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in finance / accounting
• Experience with financial analytics
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools
• Understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet)

Nice to have

• Experience with US tax (Sales Tax)
• Experience with CRM / financial integrations
• Experience in international companies
