    The Launch team owns the following components:

    • Company Website β€” communicating the product’s value proposition and driving acquisition;
    • Product Onboarding β€” account creation, setup, and configuration;
    • Business Onboarding β€” completing the questionnaire to connect payment infrastructure;
    • Documentation β€” supporting merchants during integration with our product.

       

    You’ll be responsible for:

    • Execution β€” delivering projects that move the product forward and achieving set goals;
    • Discovery β€” identifying new growth opportunities, structuring ideas, and conducting research;
    • Planning & Prioritization β€” planning and prioritizing the initiatives owned by the team.

    βœ… Strong experience with email-related issues (email deliverability, SMTP, email warm-up, domain authentication, etc.).
    βœ… Fluent in English (spoken and written) – ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.
    βœ… Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
    βœ… Ability to work with ticketing systems, live chat tools, and CRM platforms.
