CRM Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Middle CRM Manager to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Setting up promotions in the CRM system;
  • Collecting data on the results of completed promotions;
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of promotions and suggesting improvements;
  • Creating layouts for promotional emails, SMS, and messages;
  • Communicating with clients through various channels to inform them about new promotions and bonuses;
  • Developing new promotions and bonus programs to attract and retain clients;
  • Collaborating with the team to analyze customer needs and market trends;
  • Participating in the implementation of changes to improve customer satisfaction;
  • Assigning tasks to the copywriting team;
  • Supporting the technical team in resolving promotion-related issues.


Nice to have skills:

  • Experience in the gambling industry.
     

Qualifications

  • At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in developing new bonus strategies;
  • Strong attention to detail and diligence;
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work with data;
  • Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas;
  • Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher).
