CRM Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Middle CRM Manager to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Setting up promotions in the CRM system;
- Collecting data on the results of completed promotions;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of promotions and suggesting improvements;
- Creating layouts for promotional emails, SMS, and messages;
- Communicating with clients through various channels to inform them about new promotions and bonuses;
- Developing new promotions and bonus programs to attract and retain clients;
- Collaborating with the team to analyze customer needs and market trends;
- Participating in the implementation of changes to improve customer satisfaction;
- Assigning tasks to the copywriting team;
- Supporting the technical team in resolving promotion-related issues.
Nice to have skills:
- Experience in the gambling industry.
Qualifications
- At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Experience in developing new bonus strategies;
- Strong attention to detail and diligence;
- Analytical skills and the ability to work with data;
- Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas;
- Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher).
