We build custom platforms: crypto products, blockchain applications, and AI-based systems.

This role is a mix of product thinking + business analysis.

You will help turn unclear client ideas into clear product logic and development-ready tasks.

🎯 Responsibilities

Product Discovery

• Clarify and structure client requirements
• Identify core use cases and user flows
• Define MVP scope
• Propose product solutions (not just document input)

Business Analysis

• Write PRDs
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria
• Describe feature logic and edge cases
• Prepare development-ready tasks (Jira)

Collaboration

• Work with PM, designers, and developers
• Support estimations and scope clarification
• Ensure requirements are clear before development

Responsibilities

Design and execute test plans for AI features including data pipelines, model outputs, and financial workflows

Validate accuracy of AI-generated outputs against banking/fintech business rules and regulatory requirements

Identify and document failure modes: incorrect classifications, calculation errors, data leakage, bias in model decisions

Build and maintain regression test suites covering core financial logic (transactions, account management, compliance flows)

Perform API testing and integration testing across banking system interfaces

Collaborate with engineers to reproduce and triage bugs, verify fixes, and track issues to resolution

Flag compliance and data privacy concerns (PCI-DSS, GDPR, AML/KYC logic) during testing

Contribute to QA documentation, test coverage reports, and release readiness sign-offs

Requirements

5+ years of QA experience, with at least 1 year testing AI/ML features or data-heavy products

Solid understanding of banking or fintech domain: payments, lending, account management, or financial data

Experience testing REST APIs (Postman, Insomnia, or similar)

Comfortable writing SQL to validate data accuracy and trace pipeline outputs

Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, or similar)

Strong analytical thinking — you can spot a wrong number, a missing edge case, or a suspicious model output

Excellent written communication; clear and precise bug reports

Nice to Have

Experience with LLM/prompt testing or AI evaluation frameworks

Knowledge of PCI-DSS, SOC 2, or financial compliance testing

Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will:
