    Role overview:

    This is a senior individual contributor role. You will personally run TikTok lead generation campaigns end-to-end on a daily basis. This is not a people management role right now.


    Responsibilities:

    • Build and execute paid media strategy to generate high-quality leads via TikTok Ads.
    • Launch, test, optimize, and scale campaigns (structure, audiences, placements, bidding).
    • Own budget pacing and performance to keep campaigns ROI-positive.
    • Track and improve key metrics: CPL/CPA, CVR, ROAS, lead quality, LTV (where available).
    • Drive a structured creative testing process (angles, hooks, formats, iterations).
