We are a boutique Amazon full-service agency based in Munich, Germany, managing PPC, catalog, and marketplace operations for established D2C brands selling on Amazon in the DACH region. Our portfolio spans ~15 active accounts across multiple categories. Client communication is handled entirely by our internal German-speaking team — you will not need to speak German or talk to clients. Your job is strategy and execution, at the highest level.

The role

We are not looking for a bid-adjuster. We are looking for a senior operator who can own PPC strategy end-to-end across a portfolio of accounts:

• Build full-funnel campaign strategies (SP / SB / SBV / SD) from scratch for new accounts — structure, budget allocation, targeting logic, ranking vs. profitability goals
• Define target ACoS/TACoS per product based on margin data and product lifecycle stage
• Own ongoing optimization: bids, placements, budgets, negatives, search term harvesting, dayparting where relevant
• Run structured monthly performance reviews per account and translate them into concrete next actions
• Develop and document playbooks/SOPs so the approach scales beyond you
• Work with our account managers, who brief you on client goals and relay your results

What we expect (hard requirements)

• 4+ years hands-on Amazon PPC experience, with at least 2 years managing multiple accounts in parallel (agency, aggregator, or freelance portfolio)
• Proven strategic ownership: you have designed campaign architectures and portfolio strategies, not just executed someone else's
• Fluent with break-even ACoS logic, TACoS steering, ranking campaigns vs. profit campaigns, launch vs. sustain phases
• Confident with bulk operations and at least one major tool stack (Helium 10, Pacvue, Perpetua, Adtomic, Scale Insights, or similar)
• Comfortable reading search term reports, SQP data, and category dynamics — and drawing your own conclusions
• Professional English (written and spoken); working hours with strong CET overlap
• You operate as a registered contractor/sole proprietor in your country and can issue invoices

We're small and early. I'm looking for a founding engineer: someone who takes ownership of the product end to end rather than a slice of it.

What the role is

You'd own the technical side of Midas with me — frontend, backend, the data layer, and the calls about what we build and how. Not tickets handed down. You'd be deciding a lot of it, and shipping it.

What you'd work on

The trading path: quotes, routing, execution, and the latency of all three. This is the product, and speed is most of it.

Real-time market data — Bun + Hono + Socket.IO streaming to the web app and the bot.

Analytics over ClickHouse: wallet PnL, smart-money tracking, holder analysis. The database is 3+ TB and grows with every block, so how you shape a query matters.

The interface traders actually live in — Next.js, real-time, dense.

Multichain: we're adding a second chain now, and more after it.

The problems here are real-time and data-shaped. How fast can we see a new token, how fast can we get someone into it, and how do we compute useful things over a lot of on-chain data without it getting slow.

What we need from you

5+ years TypeScript, strong across frontend and backend.

Solid SQL and an instinct for why a query is slow.

You've built something real-time or latency-sensitive before.

Working knowledge of EVM: reading on-chain logs, decoding calldata, and you know what a swap, a pool and a wallet actually are.

You can decide, build and ship without waiting to be told.

VGFIT is looking for a freelance AI Video Editor to produce high-quality performance marketing creatives for our fitness and wellness mobile apps.

We are looking for a hands-on editor who can work with both AI-generated content and traditional fitness footage, combining everything into polished, engaging short-form video ads.

This is an execution-focused role. You will receive detailed tasks, scripts, references, and creative direction from our Creative Strategist through Jira and Notion. You will not be expected to develop full creative concepts or marketing strategies from scratch.

What you will do

• Produce short-form video ads for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and other performance marketing channels.
• Work from detailed creative tasks provided through Jira and Notion.
• Follow scripts, references, storyboards, and instructions prepared by our Creative Strategist.
• Generate and edit AI-based video and image content using tools such as Higgsfield, Magnific, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms.
• Choose the right AI tool or model for each task and explain your workflow when needed.
• Combine AI-generated scenes with our existing fitness footage, app recordings, stock content, UGC, and other visual assets.
• Maintain visual consistency across AI-generated scenes, including characters, faces, environments, and overall style.
• Edit complete advertising videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Add voiceovers, sound effects, music, subtitles, captions, hooks, transitions, and calls to action.
• Create realistic AI voiceovers using ElevenLabs or similar TTS tools.
• Create multiple versions of the same creative by changing hooks, opening scenes, voiceovers, visuals, captions, or calls to action.
• Replicate and adapt proven ad formats based on provided references.
• Improve the pacing, visual clarity, sound design, and overall quality of existing videos.
• Produce creatives in batches and work with a stable weekly or monthly workload.
• Make revisions based on clear team feedback.
• Deliver final videos in the required technical formats and within agreed deadlines.

What we are looking for

• Strong video editing skills and a good understanding of short-form content.
• Experience creating performance ads, social media videos, mobile app ads, UGC-style creatives, or similar content.
• Practical experience using AI tools for video, image, voice, or content generation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Higgsfield or an equivalent AI video platform is a major advantage.
• Ability to combine AI-generated content with real footage in a natural and visually consistent way.
• Confident use of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Hands-on experience with TTS voiceovers and basic sound design.
• Good understanding of hooks, pacing, subtitles, voiceovers, transitions, sound design, and calls to action.
• Ability to follow clear instructions, references, scripts, and creative briefs.
• Comfort working with Jira, Notion, or similar task-management tools.
• Attention to detail and the ability to deliver polished work without constant supervision.
• Ability to work quickly and manage several creative tasks at the same time.
• Understanding that speed, consistency, volume, and performance matter more than cinematic perfection.
• Openness to feedback and the ability to make revisions quickly.
• Basic understanding of direct-response advertising and what makes a video ad engaging.
• Experience with fitness, health, wellness, or mobile app creatives is a strong advantage.
• English sufficient to understand briefs, scripts, interface text, and feedback.

Formal seniority is not important to us. We care more about your actual skills, visual judgment, speed, reliability, and the quality of your portfolio.

You are not expected to invent every creative from scratch. However, if you understand fitness content and performance advertising well, your ideas will be welcome during team discussions and brainstorming sessions.
