contentmaker.space is building the operating system for video production agencies — the tool that replaces the messy stack of Notion, Slack, Drive and spreadsheets these teams run on today. We're a small, bootstrapped team out of Belgium, founded by Thomas and Joris, and we already run a real agency that uses the product every day. So everything you build gets used and tested by actual customers within days, not quarters.

One founder has built the entire platform so far. He's moving to product design and direction, which means the delivery of the product needs an owner. That's this job. We're looking for one engineer to work alongside him — someone who wants to genuinely be part of a small team, not a faceless contractor we hand tickets to.
 

WHAT YOU'D OWN

The backlog, end to end. Something breaks or a customer asks for something. You reproduce it, you decide what it actually is, you write the issue, you scope it, you ship it, you verify it in production. Nobody hands you a groomed ticket — you're the one who grooms it.

In a normal week:
- Triage what came in: bug reports from the agency team, Sentry errors, Featurebase feedback
- Turn vague reports into issues someone could actually pick up, including the ones our overnight AI builder works on while you sleep
- Ship the fixes and the small features yourself
- Review what the AI agents produced overnight and decide what merges
- Tell the founder which parts of the product keep breaking, and what that means for the roadmap

You're not a project manager and you're not a maintenance engineer. You're the person who keeps the thing moving while the founder is thinking two months ahead.

You don't need all of it. Solid React + TypeScript and real comfort with a relational database gets you most of the way.
 

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 3–6 years building and shipping web applications with React and TypeScript
- You debug well. Given a vague report — "the kanban card doesn't update sometimes" — you can get from that to a reproduction and a root cause without someone holding your hand. This is the single most important thing on this list.
- Comfortable in SQL: you've read a query plan, you know what an index and a transaction do
- You write clearly. A good issue is half the work here, and a bad one costs everyone a day.
- You've supported something in production and know what it feels like when a customer is blocked
- Strong written English and you communicate proactively — you flag blockers early instead of going quiet. Silence is the one thing that doesn't work on a team this small.
- You work in or near European hours (CET ±2-3) so we genuinely overlap during the day
- You build with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) and understand what you ship. We don't expect you to write every line by hand — we move fast with AI. But you need to actually understand the code, review what the AI produces, and debug it when it breaks. Judgment over typing speed.
- Bonus: you've shipped something with Supabase, Stripe or React Native

We care a lot more about how you think, communicate, and ship than about your CV or where you're based.
 

WHY THIS IS A GOOD JOB AND NOT A CHORE

You'll see every part of a real SaaS in the first month — billing, auth, multi-tenancy, mobile, the lot. You'll have direct access to the founder and to the agency team that uses the product all day, so you find out within hours whether what you shipped was right. And the ceiling isn't fixed: as the team grows, the person who knows every corner of this codebase is the person who leads it.

We are looking for a Trading & Risk Analyst to research client trading behavior and market data, supporting the development and improvement of risk detection systems and analytical products for the broker.

This is a role at the intersection of Trading, Risk, and Data Analytics, with an opportunity to gradually develop toward Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze trade-level, account-level, and client-level data, including PnL, exposure, volume, trading frequency, and holding time
• Research trading behavior, execution, and performance metrics to identify unusual or potentially risky patterns
• Formulate and test trading and risk hypotheses using historical trading data
• Investigate relevant risk patterns such as toxic flow, latency arbitrage, scalping, abnormal execution, markout, and slippage
• Support the development and improvement of risk products and analytical solutions by providing trading analysis, research, and domain input
• Monitor existing risk analytics and indicators, investigate changes in their behavior over time, and help identify areas for improvement
• Work with Data Engineering, BI, Quant, and Product teams on datasets, analytical tasks, metrics, and research initiatives
• Translate analytical findings into clear requirements, specifications, and inputs for further product and technical development
• Document research methodologies, analytical approaches, assumptions, metrics, findings, and relevant risk logic to ensure that work is reproducible and reusable by the team
• Prepare analytical materials and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to Product and Risk teams
• Gradually take ownership of individual analytical and risk-product initiatives

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on trading experience or relevant professional experience in a trading environment, with demonstrated practical exposure to financial markets
• Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5, including a good understanding of trading, order, position, and execution workflows
• Good understanding of at least one financial market, such as FX, CFDs, futures, commodities, equities, or crypto
• Practical understanding of position, exposure, leverage, margin, spread, slippage, and PnL, and how these concepts relate to trading risk and broker economics
• Good understanding of trading performance and risk metrics, including drawdown, win rate, payoff ratio, profit factor, expectancy, Sharpe ratio, Sortino ratio, recovery factor, and volatility, with the ability to interpret them in the context of trading performance and risk
• Basic understanding of market microstructure, execution, and liquidity, with an interest in developing deeper expertise
• Basic understanding of statistical concepts such as distributions, sample size, outliers, statistical significance, and time-series behavior
• Ability to analyze trading data, formulate and test hypotheses, interpret trading metrics, and clearly explain analytical findings
• Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets

• Experience developing, testing, or analyzing trading strategies
• Experience with algorithmic or systematic trading, including developing, testing, or analyzing automated trading strategies
• Experience with CQG, Thinkorswim (TOS), cTrader, DXtrade, Match-Trader, or similar trading platforms

We are looking for a Middle General QA Engineer to join us as we grow, help balance the team, strengthen our QA expertise, and level up our processes together. You will own testing of new functionality across the full SDLC, from requirements analysis to automation. You’ll write and run automated tests in our existing C# and Playwright framework, develop our QA Harness for AI tools, and drive quality improvements at every level. • Own testing of new functionality throughout the entire SDLC

• Create bug reports, and process and investigate bugs coming from the support team

Root Cause Analysis

• Deeply analyze the returns situation — independently trace the real cause behind returns for specific SKUs and categories, including your own competitor and market research
• Optionally draw on data support from our Product Research Specialist — but you own the analysis start to finish

Hypothesis & Testing

• Formulate hypotheses (for example: customers perceive a product's color as lighter/darker than shown, or a size chart doesn't match real expectations)
