Head of VIP / IGaming
We are a fast-growing international iGaming company with 1,000+ professionals and a portfolio of successful projects operating across Tier 1–3 markets worldwide.
We are looking for an experienced Head of VIP to lead and further develop the VIP direction across two iGaming projects.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands VIP management from the inside and can combine team leadership, player management, process development, and commercial focus.
You will take ownership of the existing VIP function, strengthen current processes, develop the team, and drive the further growth of the VIP player base and product.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the VIP team across two projects.
- Oversee day-to-day VIP operations and ensure high standards of player management.
- Develop the existing VIP player base and identify opportunities for further growth.
- Support the team in managing key and high-value players and complex player cases.
- Develop and improve VIP processes, workflows, and service standards.
- Improve VIP offers, campaigns, communication, and personalized player approaches.
- Monitor VIP and team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Set clear priorities and ensure effective execution across the VIP function.
Collaborate closely with CRM, Product, BI, Payments, and other teams on VIP initiatives.
🔎 What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in VIP management within iGaming.
- Previous experience leading a VIP team or function.
- Strong hands-on understanding of VIP and high-value player management.
- Experience building and improving VIP processes and team workflows.
- Good understanding of player behavior, retention, engagement, and VIP service.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Commercial mindset and confidence working with VIP performance data.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on involvement.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
High level of ownership and autonomy.
