    You’ll join the cross-functional product team to work on our Mobile Apps (Cross-platform; B2C; Global Market): from an idea through its market release and beyond. Your team: UAM, PMM, Marketing Designers. You’ll work closely with the business vision, so we expect a business and result-oriented mindset with ownership competencies.     Responsibilities

    • Constant work on hypotheses, ideas generation and creatives creation (static & video), validation and implementation: based on a data-driven approach.
    • Researching and analyzing creative strategies and tactics across the niche: analyze competitors using different tools such as sensortower, ads library etc. Monitoring of the best market trends and practices within the field.
    • Organize and manage the process of content production: be ready to participate in hiring content creators.
    • Analyze the effectiveness of Ad campaigns with UA Manager, and initiate improvements based on marketing and business metrics. Сame up with a conclusion/decision.
    • Cooperate with the team (on a daily basis) to discuss acquisition results, marketing and business metrics: bring new ideas, approaches, instruments to meet team goals. You’ll be working side by side with the Product Marketing Manager, UA Manager and Designers.

       

    Requirements

    • At least 2 years of Creative production experience with a focus on Western markets.
    • You have extensive experience with META products & promotion of mobile apps: сurrent trends, best practices, etc.
    • Ability to create catchy ad concepts that are oriented to a target audience.
    • Performance-based marketing and data-driven approach (the ability to get insights from data and implement them in practice). Experience with different analytical tools: Ads Manager, Motion App, Pre-Made Reports etc.
    • Has a deep understanding of our audiences and great attention to nuance.
    • Creativity: able to think differently and reframe the problem or situation.
    • Empathy and eagle eye on the important details.
    • Proactiveness and a strong sense of ownership.

    Key Responsibilities:
     

    • Administer, monitor, maintain, and optimize our AWS Aurora MySQL database clusters (including Provisioned and Serverless instances).
    • Manage database infrastructure using the AWS RDS console, CLI, and APIs.
    • Perform proactive and reactive performance tuning, including query optimization, indexing strategies, and configuration adjustments (parameter groups).
    • Implement, test, and manage robust backup, recovery (including point-in-time recovery), and high-availability strategies specific to Aurora MySQL.
    • Ensure database security best practices are implemented and maintained (encryption, access control, network security).

    Requirements: 

    • 5+ years of PostgreSQL, Pg/SQL development experience. 
    • Oracle SQL, PL/SQLL development experience will be a big plus. 
    • Shredding, changing and understanding older code without the need to know everything about a business process is imperative. 
    • Query performance analyzing and tuning. 
    • Experience with high loaded OLTP systems. 
    • Experience with very large databases. 
    • Experience with design, development, and maintenance of reporting and data warehouse databases a plus.
