  • Proven Sales Leadership: Experience in managing and scaling high-performing sales teams, ideally in a service-oriented industry.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal English (B2+ level) to effectively engage with clients and mentor the team.
  • Performance-Driven Mentality: Track record of exceeding sales targets and optimizing conversion rates.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Skilled in building long-term client relationships and delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data analytics for tracking sales performance.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to navigate challenges, adjust sales tactics, and inspire a results-oriented culture.
  • Availability: Able to work 9 AM — 5 PM Calgary time to align with our key customer base.
     

What You’ll Be Doing:

 

  • Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to maximize performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Outreach: Oversee outreach efforts, building strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Refine lead generation and sales conversion strategies.
  • Assessment: Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions that highlight the value of our services.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Define and execute scalable sales processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • CRM & Data Management: Utilize CRM tools to track key metrics, monitor progress, and optimize performance.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop long-term sales plans and forecasts that support business growth and market expansion.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Territory Development: Drive sales expansion into new regions while strengthening performance in existing markets through localized strategies and resource optimization.
