• 2+ years of experience as a Senior Affiliate Manager or Team Lead of Affiliates;
• Proven experience working with international markets;
• Strong understanding of affiliate metrics and the ability to analyze traffic quality;
• Successful experience in scaling affiliate marketing results;
• Effective process management and strong cross-functional communication skills;
• Experience in building, training, motivating, and mentoring an affiliate marketing team;
• Strategic thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-making;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
   

Responsibilities:

• Regularly audit both existing and new partners;
• Monitor partners’ KPI performance and ensure target achievement;
• Reactivate inactive or underperforming partners;
• Develop and implement a strategy for the European region together with the Head of Affiliates and CMO;
• Prepare regular reports: daily, weekly, and monthly;
• Continuously monitor European markets to identify new opportunities and solutions for partner acquisition;
• Attend professional conferences and manage the team’s schedule of meetings and partner contacts;
• Manage and monitor the performance of the affiliate team in the European market;
• Mentor and onboard new affiliate managers;
• Regularly test funnels to improve partner conversion rates and overall results;
• Participate in the development of retention strategies to increase partner conversion;
• Collaborate regularly with Marketing, CRM, and Design teams;

We’re looking for a 3D Artist to help bring our game worlds to life through expressive, high-quality props, guns, characters. At Fractured Byte, we focus on realism and personality, crafting characters that make every moment in-game feel impactful and immersive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and sculpt detailed guns, realistic 3D gear sets for characters, and props based on provided concept art, ensuring visual fidelity and style consistency.
• Work independently and efficiently, meeting deadlines while maintaining the artistic vision.
• Collaborate closely with 3D art. lead, animators, and tech. art. team to ensure characters function properly in-game.
• Stay updated on cutting-edge tools, workflows, and industry best practices to elevate character art quality and efficiency
   

REQUIREMENTS

• A portfolio showcasing high-quality character art, including realistic gear sets or creature work.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, proportion, form, and silhouette.
• Proven ability to create optimized, game-ready character assets.
• Solid experience with PBR texturing workflows.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Maya/3dsMax/Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Marvelous Designer, Marmoset Toolbag and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with retopology, UV layout, and baking techniques.
• Good communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative 3D art. team.
   

PREFERENCES

• Experience working in Unreal Engine 4, creating material shader, import and setup assets.
• Ability to contribute to character design and ideation.
• Additional instrumental for texturing: Substance Designer.
