Affiliate Manager (LatAm Market)

We are an international product iGaming company actively developing our own brands and affiliate direction. We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager with strong experience in the LatAm market, hands-on knowledge of affiliate platforms, and the ability to build and scale long-term partnerships in the betting/gambling industry.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working with the LatAm market;
• Experience working with the BetB2B platform;
• Experience with RevShare, Hybrid, and CPA models;
• A well-established database of loyal affiliate partners;
• Strong traffic analysis skills;
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to approach tasks comprehensively and find diverse solutions;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English and Spanish.
   

Responsibilities:

• Actively search for and negotiate with potential partners in the LatAm market;
• Conduct competitive analysis and apply insights to optimize traffic and affiliate programs;
• Acquire, retain, and activate new affiliates and partnerships;
• Analyze the quality of partner-generated traffic;
• Achieve KPIs on a regular basis;
• Provide technical support to partners and configure all necessary segments they may require;
• Maintain and develop strong relationships through regular communication, including meetings, phone calls, and emails;
• Represent the company effectively at professional conferences and industry events.
