Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of recruiting (1.5+ years in this role)
• Excellent written and verbal communication; discretion, tact, and diplomacy are non-negotiable
• Genuine interest in building a recruiting career and developing your skills
• Intermediate English or higher

Would be a plus:

• ATS experience
• Creative mindset

• Guide clients through their talent strategy, aligning needs with the right candidates
• Own the full recruitment cycle - from the first call till the first day on a new job
• Track and analyze metrics to drive continuous improvement
