Team Lead of Affiliates

We are an international product iGaming company actively developing our own brands and affiliate direction. We are currently looking for a Team Lead of Affiliates who has strong experience in betting/gambling, understands international markets, and can lead, mentor, and scale an affiliate team focused on the European region.
 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the betting/gambling industry;
• 2+ years of experience as a Senior Affiliate Manager or Team Lead of Affiliates;
• Proven experience working with international markets;
• Strong understanding of affiliate metrics and the ability to analyze traffic quality;
• Successful experience in scaling affiliate marketing results;
• Effective process management and strong cross-functional communication skills;
• Experience in building, training, motivating, and mentoring an affiliate marketing team;
• Strategic thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-making;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
   

Responsibilities:

• Regularly audit both existing and new partners;
• Monitor partners’ KPI performance and ensure target achievement;
• Reactivate inactive or underperforming partners;
• Develop and implement a strategy for the European region together with the Head of Affiliates and CMO;
• Prepare regular reports: daily, weekly, and monthly;
• Continuously monitor European markets to identify new opportunities and solutions for partner acquisition;
• Attend professional conferences and manage the team’s schedule of meetings and partner contacts;
• Manage and monitor the performance of the affiliate team in the European market;
• Mentor and onboard new affiliate managers;
• Regularly test funnels to improve partner conversion rates and overall results;
• Participate in the development of retention strategies to increase partner conversion;
• Collaborate regularly with Marketing, CRM, and Design teams;

Represent the company at professional conferences and industry events.
