We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Manager to own and coordinate the onboarding of new partners, ensuring a smooth journey from the moment a client is handed over by Business Development to successful integration and launch.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the onboarding process for new direct and B2B partners
• Take over new clients from the Business Development team and guide them through all onboarding stages
• Coordinate contracts, commercial details, compliance requirements, technical integration, game setup, and launch
• Coordinate communication between Sales/BD, Account Management, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Technical teams, and external partners
• Follow up with internal teams and partners to keep processes moving and prevent delays
• Maintain CRM as the single source of truth for all new integrations and partnerships
• Create and update deals, statuses, tasks, deadlines, responsible persons, and next steps in CRM
• Monitor onboarding and integration pipelines and proactively identify delays or blockers
• Ensure all required information and documentation is collected before launch
• Prepare regular onboarding and pipeline updates and reports.
• Ensure a smooth handover of successfully launched partners to the Account Management team
• Maintain accurate historical data and documentation for each partner
• Follow and maintain a structured onboarding checklist and process
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM structure, workflows, automations, and internal onboarding processes
   

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project coordination, operations, or a similar role within a B2B environment
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple partners and processes simultaneously
• Strong follow-up skills and confidence in driving processes forward
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, reliable data
