UI/UX and Graphic Designer

Phoenix Games is a technology company building next-generation iGaming and Web3 products for a global audience. We create innovative gaming platforms that combine modern design, blockchain technology, AI, and seamless user experiences.

We're looking for a creative UI/UX & Graphic Designer to help shape the visual identity of our products. You'll work on everything from intuitive interfaces and user journeys to marketing creatives and branding assets, collaborating with an international product team.

What You'll Do

• Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile products.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct UX research and translate insights into intuitive user experiences.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system.
• Create marketing materials, social media creatives, banners, presentations, and promotional assets.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams.
• Prepare design assets and specifications for development.
• Improve existing products based on user feedback and analytics.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile product design.
• Excellent knowledge of Figma.
• Experience creating responsive interfaces.
• Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience designing marketing materials and digital assets.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, Gaming, FinTech, or Web3.
• Experience creating animations or motion graphics.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with design systems for large-scale products.
• Experience working in product companies.
