Middle / Senior Backend Developer (Python / Ruby / PHP)

We're looking for Middle and Senior Backend Developers with strong experience in Python, Ruby, or PHP to help build reliable, secure, and high-performance backend services for our rapidly growing platform.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Build high-performance microservices and distributed systems.
• Develop secure RESTful APIs and real-time backend functionality.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Design and improve database architecture and query performance.
• Integrate third-party services, payment providers, and cloud solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Frontend Developers, Product Managers, QA Engineers, and DevOps.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Requirements

Middle

• 3+ years of commercial backend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python, Ruby, or PHP.
• Experience with at least one modern backend framework.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of relational databases.
• Understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
• Experience with Git.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Senior

• 5+ years of commercial backend development experience.
• Deep expertise in Python, Ruby, or PHP.
• Experience building scalable, high-load backend systems.
• Strong understanding of microservices and distributed architecture.
• Experience working with cloud platforms and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of caching strategies, asynchronous processing, and message queues.
• Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, FinTech, SaaS, or high-load platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with WebSockets or real-time systems.
• Knowledge of Web3, blockchain, or crypto-related technologies.
• Experience working in product companies.
