Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate product delivery, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead software development projects from planning through successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, Design, Product, and Marketing.
• Define project scope, timelines, priorities, and milestones.
• Track project progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project documentation, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Ensure effective communication between internal teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor team capacity and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvements in project management processes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience in  Gaming, FinTech, SaaS, or Web3.
• Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
• Experience working with remote international teams.
• Familiarity with project budgeting and resource planning.
