Business Analyst / Product Owner

We're looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner who can bridge business needs and product development. You'll work closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams to transform ideas into successful product features while ensuring maximum business value.

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business goals and customer needs.
• Work closely with Developers, QA Engineers, Designers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in product discovery, feature planning, and roadmap development.
• Analyze user feedback, business metrics, and market trends to improve product performance.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure delivered features meet business objectives and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and product improvements.
• Support product releases and help define future product strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience writing user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, Gaming, FinTech, SaaS, or Web3.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Experience working with analytics platforms such as GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Understanding of AI-powered products and modern digital platforms.
