Data Analyst

We're looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and helping shape product strategy through analytics.

What You'll Do

• Analyze product, marketing, and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using modern BI tools.
• Monitor player behavior, retention, engagement, and monetization metrics.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support product and business decisions.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and feature experiments.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams.
• Validate data quality and investigate anomalies.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools.
• Understanding of statistics and A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex findings in a simple and business-friendly way.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, Gaming, FinTech, SaaS, or E-commerce.
• Experience with product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4).
• Python for data analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with blockchain or Web3 products.
