Job Summary

As Procurement Specialist in IT & Admin, you will own the end-to-end purchasing processes that powers our business operations and international growth. Your mission is to transition our procurement from an operational function into a strategic value-driver. By balancing cutting-edge IT infrastructure sourcing with agile office management, you will directly safeguard the company's financial efficiency and supply chain resilience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Sourcing & Vendor Selection: Search and evaluation of specialized suppliers (IT and Admin), conducting tenders and competitive bidding;
• Contract Management: Negotiating prices and terms, approving contracts and monitoring contract deadlines;
• Stakeholder Management: Processing complex requests from technical or administrative teams, obtaining special partner prices;
• Strategic Sourcing: In-depth market analysis to optimize costs and find the most profitable solutions;

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years of procurement experience in IT (Hardware/Software) and the ability to get the best deals for the business;
• Ability to effectively negotiate and reasonably reduce contract costs and improve delivery terms;
• Experience in working on contracts and understanding its legal aspects;
• Advanced Excel proficiency;

About the position

We’re looking for software engineers with strong computer science fundamentals and an entrepreneurial edge to build robust products end-to-end on our Node.js and React stack. You’ll work across the full stack – from database schema to UI – joining a dedicated product team alongside some of the best and brightest people in our industry. The balance between front-end and back-end work flexes depending on the project, and we expect you to be comfortable owning features from idea to production.

Locations

Remote work is our default.
We also have an office in Kyiv, and team members are expected to be available to work onsite there when needed.

The interview process

The interview process is short (but thorough) and will consist of 3 steps:

1. Technical interview: you present a personal project or one of your prior involvements from end to end, with our team asking targeted questions
2. Pair-Programming Session: you collaborate with one of our engineers on a practical task. We focus on problem-solving approach, communication, code structure, and how you reason about changes in real time.
3. Feedback: you will receive feedback about the technical conversation either in written form or through a call

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise / Domain Architect to join a strategic customer data transformation initiative for a large-scale retail business.

This role is focused on designing and driving the architecture for Customer Data Foundations, including a Single Customer View and enhanced 360-degree customer view using the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect with strong experience in customer data platforms, data governance, CRM, and marketing technology.

Europe-based candidates only.
The role can be remote, with the ability to work within UK/EU business hours.

Responsibilities

• Define and document current and target architecture, including clear solution blueprints for each programme phase.
• Own the architectural roadmap for customer data foundations and customer 360 capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, business, CRM, marketing, data, and technology stakeholders.
• Partner with data engineering and data governance teams to define the target customer data model.
• Establish clear rules around customer data ownership, mastering, governance, and system responsibilities.
• Identify key architectural decisions and prepare Architecture Decision Records with options and recommendations.
• Support programme-level and domain-level design governance.
• Ensure technical delivery is aligned with business objectives and long-term architecture strategy.
• Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

• Support vendor and technology evaluation when required.

   

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, especially Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with Salesforce Data 360 / Customer Data Platform or similar CDP solutions.
• Proven experience designing or implementing Single Customer View, Customer 360, MDM, or customer data platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer data, customer profiling, CRM, marketing technology, and data governance.
• Experience working closely with data engineering and data governance teams.
• Ability to define target customer data models and resolve challenges related to fragmented customer data.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or another customer-heavy business domain.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence CRM, marketing, business, and technology leadership.
• Experience with vendor evaluation, RFI/RFP processes, or technical recommendation preparation.
• Proactive and hands-on mindset with the ability to work at both enterprise and detailed technical levels.
• Ability to work within UK/EU business hours.
