Senior Retention Marketing Specialist

RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications and regulatory technologies. 

We are looking for a Senior Retention Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Requirements:
- Gambling experience is mandatory;

- Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for player retention and return;

- Analytical mindset, ability to calculate the economics of promos as well as analyze the results;

- Experience with client segmentation;

- Understanding of basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize marketing activities;

- Creativity;

- Knowledge of marketing metrics: MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR, etc.;

- Experience working with analytics tools: GA, Tableau, Voluum, Power BI, Google Data Studio.
 

Will be plus:

-Experience launching a new gambling product;

-Experience working with IN/BD geos;

-Experience working with multiple GEOs and localized campaigns;

-Experience working with Customer.io
