SMM Manager

We’re looking for an ambitious SMM Manager to join our in-house team and build the social media presence of a new international digital product from the ground up.
 

You’ll work with one product, one team and one clear goal: build a strong international brand and community from scratch.
 

📍 Prague / relocation
💻 Remote start during onboarding
🕒 Full-time, Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
 

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of the brand’s social media presence
• Develop and execute the SMM strategy and content plan
• Manage Instagram, Telegram and X
• Create and coordinate engaging, native content
• Launch promotional and community campaigns
• Analyze content performance, audience growth and engagement
• Monitor competitors and market trends
• Engage with the community and manage day-to-day communication
• Test new content formats and growth strategies
 

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year of commercial SMM experience
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Telegram and/or X
• Strong understanding of social media growth and community engagement
• Experience with digital products, performance marketing or competitive online markets
• iGaming experience is a strong advantage, but not mandatory
• Ability to work with analytics: followers, reach, ER and other growth metrics
• English - B1+
