CRM / Retention Manager

We are looking for a hands-on CRM / Retention specialist, not a pure copywriter or technical Email Marketing specialist. You should be able to independently manage the full cycle: segmentation → offer → copy → flow → launch → analytics → optimization.

We are looking for a CRM / Retention Manager to join an international online product.
 

Responsibilities

• Create and write Email & SMS campaigns independently
• Build Welcome, Retention, Reactivation / Win-back and VIP flows
• Segment users by behavior and lifecycle stage
• Work with both existing and cold / external audiences
• Develop offers, promotions and engagement mechanics
• Build and optimize automated customer journeys
• Run A/B tests of copy, offers, CTAs, timing and sequences
• Analyze Conversion, Retention, Reactivation, Revenue and other CRM metrics
• Monitor competitors and identify new CRM opportunities
• Work with Marketing, Performance Marketing and Product teams
   

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on CRM / Retention / Lifecycle / Email & SMS experience
• Experience with both existing and cold audiences
• Experience building automated flows / journeys
• Ability to independently write strong Email & SMS copy
• Strong written English — B2+ minimum
• Experience with segmentation and A/B testing
• Data-driven approach and good analytical skills
• Experience with Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Optimove, Customer.io or similar platforms
• High level of independence and initiative

Candidates should be ready to provide examples of Email/SMS they personally wrote and flows / journeys they built.
