Your impact:

• Plan, launch, and scale large-scale Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on Demand Gen.
• Drive the video creative direction for YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns — creative testing, performance analysis, and hypothesis generation.
• Conduct in-depth keyword, audience, competitor, and creative research to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to maximize ROI and business impact.
• Collaborate with motion designers and creative teams, create clear briefs to develop high-performing creatives.
• Analyze campaign and creative performance, identify trends, and proactively drive improvements based on data insights.
• Shape and implement user acquisition strategies focused on performance and scalability.
   

About you:
 

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong experience working with Demand Gen campaigns within the last year.
• Proven track record with large budgets and campaign scaling.
• Deep understanding of video-first advertising approaches, especially for YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads metrics, attribution models, and performance analysis.
• Confident work with the creative side of performance marketing campaigns and scaling acquisition strategies.
• Intermediate level of English or higher.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Results-oriented mindset with clear business and performance focus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives proactively.
